Our client based 6 miles south of Leicester city centre is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis working 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with sales enquiries and order processing
2. Updating the CRM
3. Producing invoices and submitting to customers
4. Inputting information on to weekly report
5. Updating product location database
6. Completing paperwork for product demonstration requests
7. Ordering new products
8. Allocating registration numbers
9. Recording and logging installations
10. Playing orders for machinery
11. Maintaining spreadsheets and company systems with order information
12. Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
13. Extracting data from systems for audit purposes
14. Recording product dispatches on Excel spreadsheets
15. Arranging transportation for product delivery
16. General supporting administration and other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
1. Exceptional customer service skills
2. Experience supporting a sales team with administration
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
