Recruitment Resourcer / Key Account Manager Poole Mploy have an opportunity for someone to join our well-established Poole head office as a Recruitment Resourcer / Key Account Manager.
This is a key role within the branch, and it will require you to support our team in managing key busy accounts, sourcing candidates for a wide range of temporary and permanent vacancies, meeting and registering candidates, preparing CVs, dealing with a range of customers over the phone to help with enquiries, writing and posting job advertsand so much more. You will also have regular administrative activities to assist with, so good IT and organisational skills are essential.
We welcome applications from people with office-based customer service or sales experience who have a proven ability to build good working relationships, can manage their time effectively and prioritise workloads. Previous recruitment experience would of course be a distinct advantage.
The role requires regular visits to client sites which at times are in remote locations, so applicants must have a valid driving license and own transport. Free on-site parking is available and business mileage is covered.
We are offering a competitive starting salary plus the chance to earn bonus based on branch performance; the core working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 am till 17:00 pm.
