We support the most vulnerable children and young people in our society through academic and therapeutic interventions. Every story is different; this is why we personalise our interventions for each individual.
Our holistic approach means we are looking to build a diverse practitioner workforce, creating bespoke sessions to engage young people and ensure no child is left behind.
Key duties and responsibilities of our Practitioners:
* Designing interventions that will promote positive wellbeing and support academic engagement
* Preparing the young person to meet their bespoke Transition Target (re-engagement with school, college, the world of work or support services)
* Reporting progress, successful strategies and safeguarding concerns
* Carrying out risk assessments to ensure student safety
* Occasional attendance at multi-agency meetings
* Keeping up to date with trends in education and being aware of current official guidance
