Assemble mechanical and electrical components to build complex UHV systems in line with detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
Carry out specialist UHV-compatible wiring and electrical testing procedures.
Maintain strict cleanliness standards in line with UHV cleanroom procedures.
Record pre-test data and perform QC evaluations throughout the assembly process.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by writing and updating manufacturing guides and documentation.
Maintain accurate departmental records including test data, serial numbers, and quality control logs for traceability.Mechanical Assembly Technician Requirements:
