Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-sales: Support complex regional platform bids and RFIs with partners, including on-site sessions.
2. Post-sales: Assist with platform adoption and retention discussions with partners, including on-site sessions.
3. Provide functional feedback to the Platform Team based on interactions with partners and the business.
4. Train-the-Trainer: Help drive regional training initiatives to partner level.
Further Responsibilities:
5. Collaborate internally and externally with partners to design and deliver technology solutions.
6. Proactively address potential problems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and excellence in design and support.
7. Take ownership of corrective actions and follow up for timely resolution.
8. Foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships through proactive measures.
9. Leverage expertise and understanding of resellers' businesses to support their growth.
10. Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
11. Self-Education: Dedicate 5%-10% of time to maintain certifications and vendor knowledge, with potential practice-related certifications.
12. Exhibit leadership through coaching and mentoring team members.
13. Contribute informative content to social media channels for TD SYNNEX.
14. Provide non-certification, short-form on-demand training to resellers to improve sales understanding.
15. Participate in C-level executive briefings and presentations.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned, meeting attendance and punctuality standards.
Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions:
17. Deep functional and technical platform knowledge (Needs a specific knowledge-transfer model with Apptium).
18. Has considerable experience with system integrations, including major ERPs, iPaaS, PSAs, and with API based integrations.
19. Has considerable experience in software programming, security standards, networking, data integrity, and systems scalability.
20. Has considerable experience with SaaS and IaaS business models and associated programs from hyperscalers, including their billing models.
21. Understands business goals and translates them into technical discussions with Partners and system integrators.
22. HS/GED required with Technical or Bachelors Degree preferred
23. Major certs required (2 min - 3-4 preferred) as needed to support assigned technology/vendor
24. 5-7+ years industry sales experience, creating and delivering SoWs and BoMs with 5 years technology consultative sales and implementation experience preferred.
25. Well-developed, specific knowledge of vendor-supplied tools in support of assigned technology practice area.
26. Advanced understanding of ROI concepts, Comparative Analysis, and Market Trends
27. Able to make sound decisions/ respond on the fly and have specific knowledge, experience, ability, and in some cases unique required credentials, to provide on-site implementation of complex solutions. Must be able to apply knowledge, skills and abilities to support design, proof of concept, staging and configuration, and implementation of solutions.
