The Position
The ideal candidate will be an Optometrist with a strong clinical skillset and a genuine passion for patient care. They will be confident in performing thorough eye examinations, providing tailored recommendations, and utilising advanced diagnostic technology such as OCT. A team player with excellent communication skills, they will work seamlessly with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of customer service. They should be eager to embrace ongoing professional development, staying up to date with the latest advancements in optometry. A patient-focused approach, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships within the local community will be key to success in this role. responsibilities:
* Conduct Comprehensive Eye Examinations: Perform detailed assessments to detect vision defects, ocular diseases, and other eye-related conditions.
* Prescribe Corrective Measures: Recommend appropriate spectacles or contact lenses based on individual patient needs.
* Provide Clinical Advice: Offer guidance on eye health, vision care, and preventive measures to maintain optimal eye health.
* Utilise Advanced Diagnostic Tools: Employ state-of-the-art equipment, including Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), to enhance diagnostic accuracy.
* Maintain Accurate Patient Records: Ensure meticulous documentation of patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with colleagues and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care

* Clean Faultless GOC record
