1. Provide general administrative support across the PCN, including diary management and meeting coordination.
2. Act as a first point of contact for PCN-related enquiries, ensuring timely responses.
3. Maintain key registers, policies, and protocols, ensuring version control and compliance.
4. Support hiring managers with recruitment processes, including onboarding and induction.
5. Assist with financial administration, including invoice processing and financial record-keeping.
6. Manage PCN communications, including website updates, newsletters, and social media.
7. Support governance activities, including meeting administration, minuting, and action tracking.
8. Run EMIS searches and assist with data reporting for performance monitoring.
9. Coordinate and support PCN training events and board meetings.
10. Assist with audits, finance processes, and completion of monthly and quarterly returns.
