You’ll join a highly collaborative, creative team working across a wide range of sectors—from retail to finance, media to health—and help bring bespoke research solutions to life for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. Working closely with senior researchers and strategists, you’ll take raw content, outlines, and insights—and transform them into compelling written proposals that articulate the value and expertise of the team. Proposals are typically built in PowerPoint (sometimes Word), and include a mix of narrative, visuals, credentials, timelines, and costings. You’ll help shape the voice, structure the content, and ensure each submission hits the mark. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting clear, persuasive copy for bespoke research proposals across a wide variety of industries. Working closely with the research and strategy teams, you’ll help translate complex ideas into structured, compelling narratives that showcase the business’s thinking, value, and approach. You’ll take part in internal scoping sessions and client briefings to gain a full understanding of each brief—allowing you to write with context, clarity, and confidence. Your ability to adapt tone and messaging will be key, ensuring proposals resonate with different sectors and audiences. Beyond proposal writing, you may also contribute to broader business development efforts, supporting the creation of pitch decks, case studies, and credentials materials as needed.
