Driver Hire Motherwell are currently recruiting van drivers to work on various contracts with their clients based throughout Lanarkshire (ML, G67 and G68 postcode areas).
Positions include, but are not limited to:
1. Deliveries for builders/plumbing merchants
2. Deliveries of electrical/mechanical parts
3. Timber Deliveries
4. Deliveries of trade plastics
5. A to B driving
6. Site Deliveries
7. Deliveries for the medical sector
There may also be non-driving duties such as loading/unloading goods and warehouse duties involved, therefore candidates should be comfortable doing some lifting. Candidates with 6 months plus van driving and manual handling experience are highly desirable.
This position would be suitable for someone who has a flexible approach to work and enjoys a variety.
Immediate starts available following successful registration and reference checks.
Rate of pay:
* Monday to Friday: from £11.95p/h PAYE
* 28 days paid holiday pro rata on PAYE
* Weekly pay
* Opportunity to increase take home pay with PAYE advance
