What you’ll be doing…
* Ensure clients are looked after with excellent customer service
* Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all fronts of house areas and equipment
* Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and drinks available
* Liaise with kitchen team and conduct team briefing to ensure business runs effectively
* Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and manage a varied team whilst on shift
* To manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, health and safety regulations
* Assist the management team with stock control and consumption
* Be a friendly face and a natural leader
* Manage customer complaints in a professional manner
What can you bring?
* Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a catering environment
* Focused on the front line
* Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
* Previous experience within catering desirable
* Work a varied shift pattern in line with the airport opening and closing times
* Hard working and calm in a busy setting
