Sales Administrator
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join our client's expanding team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting their sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about customer service, providing solutions to pest problems, and working as part of a team. We want to hear from you.
Duties:
1. Answering sales line - new prospects / existing clients / surveyors
2. Surveyor queries and booking in their appointments
3. Intermediary between management and sales
4. Producing quotations
5. Follow up calls / emails with clients regarding sent outstanding quotations
6. Logging, booking, costing ad-hoc job work
7. Staying in regular contact with the surveyors to provide support and to update their dashboards (list of work)
8. Creating purchase orders
9. Variety of emails from the sales inbox
10. Proofing when required
11. Opening the post when required
12. Collecting payments for domestic job work and logging it on the system
13. Setting up new clients on the system
14. Tender management with Sales Managers
15. Reporting to Sales Managers with operational concerns
16. Producing PowerPoint presentations for Sales Management team
17. Covering colleagues' workload when they are absent (i.e. holiday / sick)
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
2. Prior experience in sales administration (Desired)
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
It would be advantageous if you have previous experience in a sales administration / customer service role and knowledge of CRM systems.

20 days annual leave entitlement (plus Bank Holidays) for the first 3 years and 1 additional day per year thereafter reaching a maximum of 25 days.
