Role Summary
This role requires a strong understanding of employment law and the ability to provide commercially focused advice to business owners and HR professionals. The successful candidate will manage their own client base, handling a range of employment law matters, including:
* Providing day-to-day employment law advice on both contentious and non-contentious issues.
* Managing client relationships and delivering tailored advice to meet their business needs.
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, employee handbooks, disciplinary letters, and other employment-related documents.
* Advising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong experience in employment law, with a track record of advising businesses.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritise effectively.
* Team-oriented but able to work independently in a hybrid setting.
