Contract: Permanent, Full-time 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)
About the Role
Applications are invited for the position of Medical Laboratory Scientist in our Hastings laboratory. The successful candidate will primarily be based in the histology laboratory, where they will play a key role in conducting various laboratory tests and procedures to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Our histology laboratory team is dedicated to providing accurate and timely diagnostic services to support patient care. With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of our work.
We are seeking an individual who:
* Has a keen interest and experience in histology laboratories.
* Is registered or eligible to register with the Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand.
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
* Is eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
