As a Test Analyst it will be your responsibility to ensure the User Acceptance Testing phases of all projects and BAU changes are planned in detail in terms of approach, scope, and resources and to ensure the testing is executed in an effective manner to ensure the solutions meet the business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day testing activity ensuring that all defects are raised in the appropriate tools in a timely manner and escalated to the correct level. Work with the Project Managers, Business Analysts and Development Leads to ensure that they are fully involved during the testing phases of the project and ensuring that they signoff of test results according to their original requirements specifications. Produce detailed test plans mapping scenarios to business requirements and produce daily & weekly test progress and test completion reports that demonstrate 100% coverage. Act in accordance with all Aegon UK policies, with the FSA's Principles, Rules and Guidance and other relevant Legislation We’d love to hear from you if you have: The ability to challenge and support arguments and recommendations.
