Assembly Technician

The Assembly Technician will build production hydraulic assemblies and other components from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assemble hydraulic components to production specifications using information from GA drawings and procedures.
2. Test production hydraulic units.
3. Assemble brake and steering mechanical components to production specification using information from GA drawings and procedures.
4. Ensure build sign off paperwork is completed.
5. Rework and prepare component parts when required using machining and fabrication equipment.
6. Work in a safe manner at all times.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Experience:
8. Machining and fabrication experience would be an advantage.
9. Experience of working with Carbon fibre would be an advantage.
10. Basic knowledge of MS Windows.
11. Engineering certification or equivalent.
12. Basic mechanical assembly experience.
13. Ability to read, write and speak English.
