Aspire People are currently looking for a teacher to work at a school in Sutton Coldfield. This role will be working full-time within Year 1, January 2025 - July 2025, with the potential to go permanent at the end of the academic year.
This role has full planning responsibilities so requires somebody with strong KS1 and SATs knowledge
The school are looking for someone who is confident with phonics, and will plan and deliver engaging lessons to children in the lead up to their Phonics screening assessments, and those children that require additional phonics support.
* You must have QTS
* An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
* An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
* Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
* A friendly caring nature
* The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
* Keen to learn and develop professionally
* Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching
