You’ll play a pivotal role in the operational side of the business, providing invaluable support not only to the CEO but to the entire office, embracing the family values and ethics that the company was built on.
Responsibilities within your new role
You will hold a vital role in the overall success of the business, with key duties including (but not limited to):
* Act as the first point of contact for the CEO.
* Maintain complex and committed short, medium and long-term diaries for the CEO including scheduling internal and external meetings & booking travel.
* Produce documents, reports, and presentations as well as take clear and concise minutes at a variety of meetings.
* Proactively maintain the brand of the CEO both inside and outside of the company.
* Communicate on behalf of the Chief Executive to other stakeholders as required.
* Assist with the provision of company secretarial and governance duties as required.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in a similar-level strategic support role, as well as in small to medium-sized team environments. You should ideally be educated to a degree level or equivalent, be tech-savvy, and have a strong understanding of the ever-changing nature of a successful business' day. You will demonstrate confidence & competence and provide insights to important decision-making. You will also support the implementation of new systems & processes. Given the nature of the role, it is important to maintain a high level of discretion and be a strong organiser in both professional and personal work.
