Job summary We are seeking an experienced, dynamic manager to lead our friendly dispensing practice. With a supportive team, the candidate will manage the business, finance, people and patient services at our well-respected practice. Main duties of the job Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth, safe and efficient service delivery. Staff Management: Recruit and manage all staff. Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff schedules. Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations. Handle claims, invoicing and financial reporting. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the practice complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements. Implement quality improvement initiatives. Patient Relations: Enhance patient satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service delivery, and maintaining effective communication. Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for practice growth and development. IT and Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring data security and efficient use of technology.
