Location: Birmingham Position: Senior Finance Lead Part-Time Salary: £56,000 pro rata per annum Hybrid Working Available Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the finance function, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Contribute to the Executive Team, driving strategic and financial decision-making Manage budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with annual audits and financial regulations Oversee payroll, VAT, and corporation tax functions Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a positive team culture Support new service developments and funding bids with financial expertise Maintain financial policies and ensure best practices Key Essentials: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Significant financial leadership experience Experience working at an executive level and contributing to organisational strategy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
