Weekday Rates of Pay: 09:00 – 18:00: £12.75 per hour Early & Late Unsociable Hours (07:00 – 09:00 and 18:00 – 22:00): £13.00 per hour Weekend Rate of Pay (07:00 – 22:00): £14.25 per hour Bank Holiday Rate (07:00 – 22:00): £18.50 per hour Paid Mileage: 30p per mile Guaranteed Hours Contract: You may be considered for a guaranteed hours contract after 12 weeks. Refer a Friend Bonus: £200 Signing-On Bonus: £150 Fully Funded Diplomas/NVQs in Health & Social Care Open University Funding Programme: Work with us full-time and you could receive up to £9,000 funding for yourself or a dependent child in part-time courses, or up to £6,000 for full-time courses. Work with us part-time and you could receive up to £6,000 funding for yourself or a dependent child in part-time courses. What You Will Be Doing: As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Personal Care Meal Preparation Administering Medication Companionship Care No previous experience in care is necessary Full training is provided in all aspects of care.
