We are seeking to recruit a Pharmacist to join our Mental Health and Substance Use Pharmacy Team working across a variety of clinical settings. The post holder will be based at Murray Royal Hospital in Perth.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join us in a Band 7 Senior Pharmacist role.
As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team you will deliver a patient centred, safe and effective Clinical Pharmacy Service to In-Patient and Community Mental Health Services with the support of the Mental Health and Substance Use Pharmacy Leadership Team.
There is a requirement to contribute to the on-call, weekend and public holiday rotas as per service requirements.
