The post holder will be based at Murray Royal Hospital in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join us in a Band 7 Senior Pharmacist role. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team you will deliver a patient centred, safe and effective Clinical Pharmacy Service to In-Patient and Community Mental Health Services with the support of the Mental Health and Substance Use Pharmacy Leadership Team. There is a requirement to contribute to the on-call, weekend and public holiday rotas as per service requirements.
