As part of the Warehouse and Logistics team, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our stock control system and will include areas such as inbound stock, availability of finished goods and as well as accuracy of ingredient and componentry required for manufacturing.

In more detail, your role will include:
* Conducting daily warehouse cycle counting and reconciliation, liaising with management on concerns and discrepancies.
* Weekly D2C cycle counting and reconciliation, liaising with management on concerns and discrepancies.
* Update inventory systems, ensuring accurate stock levels.
* Track and balance warehouse consumables, reporting to management when minimum stock thresholds are reached.
* Conduct initial customer complaints involving stock discrepancies.
* Monitor and report on internal transfers, liaising with necessary internal departments to ensure these are cleared in a timely manner.
* Supporting the wider warehouse team with picking and packing orders during special promotions.
* Support the team with special projects and ad-hoc requests.
Requirements:
* Have previous experience in a similar role.
* Have excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
* Have strong PC literacy skills.
* Be able to plan and work in an organised and efficient manner
* Have the ability to communicate effectively and confidently on the phone and in
person – both internally and externally.
