What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll work alongside the Head of Marketing to elevate trade sales for our five iconic touring brands in the dynamic UK market. With your expertise in the travel and tourism industry, you’ll lead impactful marketing campaigns, manage key trade partnerships, and ensure our brands remain top-of-mind with travel professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Campaigns: Plan and execute trade-focused marketing campaigns across internal global teams and external partners.
* Content Creation: Develop compelling content and clear design briefs that resonate with our audience.
* Trade Engagement: Keep our Sales team informed with regular marketing updates and materials.
* Social Media: Schedule and post organic content on agent social channels and provide monthly performance reports.
* Database Management: Own the UK and Europe trade databases, driving new sign-ups and maintaining data accuracy.
* Promo Code Oversight: Manage promo codes and T&Cs for trade campaigns.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with global teams to align product strategies and promotions, sharing updates with regional teams.
* Reporting: Analyse and report on trade marketing activity, optimising campaigns for better results.
* Event Representation: Represent TTC Tour Brands at trade events, fostering connections and promoting our brands.
* Brand Excellence: Be a brand champion, ensuring all materials adhere to the latest guidelines and standards.
* Award Submissions: Drive trade award submissions and promote voting initiatives.
* Competitive Insight: Monitor industry trends to ensure we stay ahead.
About You
You’re a marketing professional with a strong understanding of the travel trade and B2B marketing, ideally with experience at a travel agency or tour operator. You’re collaborative, proactive, and results-driven with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in marketing strategy execution and campaign management.
* Knowledge of the UK travel industry and travel trade dynamics.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) to support content creation.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and optimize activities.
* Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
