We are a dynamic company aiming to deliver the highest quality services for children and young people living with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Communication and Sensory impairments and associated needs.
We are currently recruiting for the position of Support Worker with the aim to create further career progression opportunities, from Senior Support Workers to Deputy Managers, Registered Managers and beyond.
About the home:
The home is set at the heart of Westbury and will support up to 3 children up to the age of 18 years old who live with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, and complex needs. You will be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time in the Home, and you will be an integral part of the team and the lives of the young people you are supporting.

* You are capable of supporting vulnerable children with varying degrees of emotional behavioral difficulties, learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and associated needs.

* You are confident in organizing and updating care plans (training and support will be provided).
* You are attentive and understand that each child has varying needs requiring different support specific to their needs.
