Jetfly is a business aviation company based in Luxembourg. The company offers access to a fleet of aircraft through the concept of shared ownership with 450 Jetfly Owners across the UK and Europe. The Jetfly fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24). The Pilatus has come to exemplify the unique combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, yielding a superior flight, passenger and operator experience that is truly beyond comparison. Also, a brand-new aircraft has recently joined our fleet: the Cirrus SF50, the world's first single-engine private jet. As Jetfly continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to reinforce our Sales Department in the UK. The candidate will be an enthusiastic and driven individual, capable of engaging with prospective and existing UHNW customers. The role involves cultivating and enriching an existing portfolio of Jetfly Owners, however the overarching objective for this position is to establish contact with Jetfly’s target audience, generating new engaged sales meeting opportunities for the UK market. Responsibilities: The role is primarily office based in London although will include some occasional travel, mainly to the sales region of the United Kingdom. Duties will vary according to the daily priorities of the business however there are defined objectives attached to the sales element of the role, which is the primary focus. Acquisition of New Lead s & Meeting Generation : The Sale Officer will seek to establish rapport with UHNWI prospects & prospective corporations. The Sales Officer is a key member of the sales origination for Jetfly and will seek to actively generate face to face, qualified meetings for the territory Sales Director and sell Jetfly’s suite of aviation services. Research qualified prospects throughout the designated market by reading local and national business press, industry insights, utilizing research tools in order to identify prospective future Jetfly customers. Send brochures to new researched leads and to existing prospects in the Sales CRM Conduct telephone & email prospection to gain the rapport and trust of prospective customers and their office managers. Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Director Manage and maintain the sales CRM (Pipedrive), adding new leads and their respective contact information to ensure a healthy data set for prospect and marketing communications Client account management : Prepare client memos including flight statistics and aircraft valuations Proactive updates of proposals, Owner profiles and bios Follow-up contract termination dates and flight overtime to inform Sales Director of upselling opportunities. Administrative tasks : Prepare flight calculations to estimate the pricing and define the flight need for prospects. Proposal generation Meeting Organization (Material preparation). Request flight studies in cooperation with the feasibility department. Represent the region on behalf of the Sales Director within the London Office. Preparation, calculation and monitoring of demo flights in close cooperation with all relevant departments. Preparation of contracts, addendums and managing the signature process. Preparing of onboarding documents for new clients by collecting all needed information and share them with all relevant departments. Prepare proforma Invoices for aircraft share and deposit in cooperation with accounting. Occasionally request charter flights. Market Analys i s & Marketing : Support preparing the yearly action and marketing plan for the Support preparing and organizing events, including representing to the market on the Jetfly stand. Create event follow-up emails and other short promotional documents as requested by the director. Profile & skills: Bachelor level (or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, client relationship or client hospitality position. English native level Strong ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy. Autonomous, mature and with good negotiation skills, important to be able to interact over the phone and on email with High-Net-Worth Individuals. Demonstrating discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information. Dynamic, problem solving, curious with a positive mindset and a passion for achieving goals and driving results. Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbally and written. CRM experience (Salesforce, Pipedrive or equivalent). Advanced PowerPoint and Excel experience.
