Description of the Job:
Overall Purpose of the Job:
To handle all forms of enquiries, provide quotations, and process orders for customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face if required to serve on the trade counter.

Reports to Branch Manager

Key Tasks:
1. Answering telephone, dealing with customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, etc.
2. Pick and pack sales orders or branch transfers.
3. Serve on the trade counter.
4. Goods in and goods out when required.
5. Grow and maintain customer relationships with new and existing customers.
6. Provide the best customer service in our industry, always going “the extra mile.”
7. Maintain an upbeat, positive attitude and act in a courteous and professional manner when dealing with customers, suppliers, and other staff.
Description of the Person:
Proven knowledge of products & experience in sales within the electrical wholesale industry is preferred but not essential. Full training will be given.
Qualifications and Education Level:
Literate and numerate.

Should always maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the job at hand, take personal responsibility for actions, and take initiative to develop their own skills, knowledge, and behaviour.
Teamwork:
