HR Advisors / People Partners in the Hampshire area. I have an urgent requirement for an HR professional to support a not-for-profit organisation on a temporary contact basis and need to start ASAP.
We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a solid HR & ER background, ideally in regulated and safeguarding environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing high-level advice, support, and guidance.
2. Expertise in employee relations and managing complex staff relations casework, such as grievances, disciplinary and long-term absence.
3. Understanding and application of HR policies, HR best practice, and employment law.
4. Ability to coach managers on all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, and performance and absence management.
5. Experience of TUPE would be an advantage.
6. Experience of HR systems including day-to-day maintenance and reporting.
7. DBS will be required.
8. Role based in South Hampshire with some travel to operational sites.
The Offer:
1. 2-3 months initial contract with scope for longer term for the right person.
2. Working via Hays on a weekly timesheet basis.
3. On site in Fareham with some travel to sites in Hampshire and nearby counties.
4. Preferably 4 days per week on site but is open/flexible to suit, e.g., 3/2.
