Contracts Facilities Manager, Temporary to Permanent Opportunity, West Yorkshire Your new companyA Facilities Management company that has won a multisite contract in West Yorkshire is recruiting an experienced Facilities Contracts / Operations Manager to lead a growing team. The ideal candidate would be immediately available or on a short notice period and open to the opportunity to move to permanent employment. Your new roleYour new role as a Facilities Contracts / Operations Manager on this project will be to lead a team of Hard Services Managers, Supervisors and engineers, along with a small compliance team on a contract covering many sites / buildings in the West Yorkshire region. Job Duties will include but not be limited to: Managing compliance across the estate is inline with statutory requirements and inline with contract requirements.Management and leadership of the Asset and Compliance Team.Attend and lead client review meetingsYou must be able to pass a basic DBS (if required) (Hays is responsible for organising all security clearances and DBS) What you'll get in returnThe role comes with a competitive daily rate which will be paid weekly.
