Job Description Digital Marketing Manager 6 month FTC (Part time hours) Overview We have a unique opportunity for a creative marketer to join our client for a FTC to help shape a brand and develop the digital marketing strategies of the business. Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Our client is part of a larger group and has launched a new business and is looking for someone to lead the marketing efforts in effectively promoting their message across all digital channels. This role involves managing social media platforms, creating email campaigns, lead nurturing and staying up to date on the latest social media trends. Benefits £50,000 FTE - pro rata £30,000 for 3 days per week 9-5pm working hours Potential to go permanent after 6 months but this is not essential or guaranteed Office based but opportunity for hybrid and flexibility You will be part of a wider group marketing team but the role itself operates independently Lots of opportunity to create and shape the brand and develop within the role Please note - the working hours are across 3 days. Our client is ideally not looking to change this pattern. Please also note that this is NOT a remote role, only applications within a reasonable traveling distance will be considered. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content Ensure that the core messaging is on brand and that leads are being nurtured Create and manage content for social media, emails, and other digital communication channels Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviors and trends Prepare reports and analytics on the performance of marketing campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies Updating and maintaining the website Possibly organising ad hoc events as required About you: Social media savvy with a passion for staying on top of trends Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends Strong project management and managerial skills Experience and qualifications: Experience in a digital marketing role - minimum of 3 years Be able to demonstrate that you have worked independently and under your own initiative A marketing degree or digital marketing qualification is desirable Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms e.g. HubSpot Some experience of design desirable e.g. Canva for low level designs Some experience of CMS (e.g. WordPress, Umbraco) Some experience of web analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush) We are looking for an all rounder in the digital marketing sphere who can turn their hand to most things in order of priority.
