* Leading and Optimising CRM Strategies
* Maintaining lists and segments in Klaviyo
* Managing CRM Campaigns
* Ensuring optimisation of performance and KPIs
* Conducting A/B testing
CRM Manager – Essential Skills:
* Proven CRM Management Experience
* Strong expertise in Klaviyo
* Experience A/B testing for optimisation of campaigns
* Strong experience and expertise with Acquisition and Retention
* Communication and collaboration skill sets
