Job Advert Are you an experienced Property enthusiastic looking for your next role? If so, our market-leading Lettings department are looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join their team As a Lettings coordinator at Bidwells, you will provide outstanding customer support and coordination of tenancies at the front end of the Lettings process. You will liaise with Valuers and Property Managers regarding any queries to do with potential let properties to ensure a smooth process. We’re looking for a team player who takes pride in the quality of service they give to clients and colleagues. Ideally, candidates will be able to wear multiple hats, have a flexible can do approach and be a positive, proactive team member. Due to the nature of lettings, we’re looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role. What you'll be doing: Communicate with Negotiator regarding any new rental properties Coordinate and book professional photography, video tours and floorplans Where required, arrange Energy Performance Certificate Create marketing material for rental properties Arrange lettings boards to be erected where permitted Register applicant enquiries in a timely manner Generate a good understanding of applicant requirements and pro-actively match properties for individuals Book property viewings and collate feedback in a timely manner Discuss feedback and property interest with Negotiator and Property Manager Send tenancy offer to applicants and secure holding deposit Upload tenancy details onto CRM and proceed with referencing. Closely monitor tenancy progression and ensure the referencing and administration is carried out in a timely manner Additional lettings duties involved About you: Previous experience in a fast-paced lettings/ property/ customer facing role with demonstrable excellent communication skills Experience of Reapit, MRI and Netsuite is desirable but not essential Excellent team player with a flexible can-do attitude, organised, ability to manage a busy work load and excellent customer service skills Knowledge or experience within marketing would be a benefit Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software packages What is most important for us is your work ethic and passion.
