An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager with 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care setting to join a well-established home care services provider. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary up to £60,000.
As a Home Manager, you will lead and manage the home to drive its next phase of development.
You will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring compliance, completing all required documentation.
2. Driving home development and managing timely, suitable placements.
3. Delivering exceptional, future-focused care to young people.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role.
2. At least 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care setting.
3. Hold an NVQ Level 3 and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or working towards it.
4. Valid UK driving licence.
