Planning Administrator

Industry Planning has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Administrator to join the team. As a Planning Administrator, you will report to the Head of Planning and be responsible for supporting Master Planners and Industry Planners in achieving the Master Production Schedule and supporting operations requirements by enabling material and production flow. You will help identify and resolve issues that prevent product manufacture progress and support APRUs (Autonomous Product and Repair Units) in achieving challenging targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Build strong customer-aligned relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
* Reporting and Data Analysis.
* Use dashboards to provide clear, concise data supporting a world-class manufacturing model.
* Report work order progress via prescribed mediums, e.g., 13-week plan, Shop Floor Control, Strike Rate & Short Interval Management meetings.
* Assist Master and Industry Planners within the Thales Industry Operating Model.
* Support production order progression and completion with a disciplined approach.
* Develop solutions to process material issues in line with company policies.
* Be adaptable to change and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You will be an excellent communicator with a solution-focused approach. You enjoy collaborating with your team and stakeholders to resolve issues and contribute to initiatives that achieve production targets. You should be able to meet deadlines, prioritize workload flexibly, and be enthusiastic about learning new ways of working and possibly gaining relevant qualifications to enhance your development within the role.
In line with Thales' security requirements, candidates will need to provide evidence of identity, eligibility to work in the UK, and employment/education history for up to three years. Some roles may require full Security Clearance, which could necessitate further documentation.
