As the
Night Duty Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the hotel during the night shift. You will be responsible for guest services, staff supervision, security, and handling any issues that arise overnight, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and safety. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee night shift operations:
Manage front desk, housekeeping, and security staff to ensure seamless hotel operations. Guest services:
Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and respond to any guest inquiries or requests throughout the night. Problem resolution:
Address and resolve guest complaints and any unexpected issues that arise. Night audit supervision:
Ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting for the hotels night audit process. Security and safety:
Monitor the hotels security systems, conduct regular safety checks, and respond to emergencies or unusual activity. Reporting:
Prepare detailed handover reports for the day shift, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts. Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the
hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve guest issues calmly and professionally. Knowledge of hotel management software and proficiency in
MS Office Suite. Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Excellent problem-solving skills
and attention to detail. Strong understanding of
health, safety, and security
