Job overview
An opportunity has arisen for the post of Service Delivery Manager working across all East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust Hospital Sites. You will be joining our friendly and supportive team within East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
The Service Delivery Manager for Digital Health Records will support the running of a professional, comprehensive and efficient Digital Health Records Service and provide professional advice to service users. They will work closely with the Lead Digital Health Records Manager and Service Manager, Digital Records & Admin developing systems and procedures to meet the changing demands upon the service.
Main duties of the job
1. Directly line manage the Digital Health Records Managers on all sites.
2. Ensure all tasks are completed effectively, efficiently and on time.
3. Support with the management of HR processes and procedures.
4. Work with Line Management on Digital Transformation projects and support change management.
Person specification
Qualifications
Essential criteria
* NVQ level 4 qualification in relevant subject to the role or proven equivalent knowledge and experience/Degree level qualification.
* Evidence of working in the NHS/other relevant organisation with leadership or management training or experience in healthcare.
Desirable criteria
* Recognised Leadership or Management qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience
Essential criteria
* Managerial experience with proven experience of team leadership.
* Experience of analysing and interpreting complex data.
Desirable criteria
* Good understanding and overview of NHS governance and monitoring processes.
Skills
Essential criteria
* Competent computer skills, with ability to collate, analyse, record, monitor and present complex information in a professional manner.
* Advanced IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Desirable criteria
* Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation.
