Your role will involve providing practical & emotional support to adults with various mental health conditions. You’ll be working within our Adult Enablement Units, with a small group of adults and a wonderful staff team.
You’ll make a huge difference to our client’s life by aiding them in basic duties, including:
* Supporting the client to access & engage in their local community
* Accompanying them to appointments, on walks, activity programs etc.
* Budgeting
* Enhancing their living skills
* Providing an evening meal from a set menu
* Crisis planning/care planning
