The Role:
You’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across the production site. The role offers variety, ownership, and the chance to make a real difference day to day.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
Diagnosing faults and resolving breakdowns quickly and efficiently
Working closely with production and other departments
Ensuring all maintenance is completed safely and in line with site standards
What They're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar maintenance engineering role
Ideally from an FMCG or food background, but not essential
Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
A team player with a proactive approach
Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, etc.) preferred
