Seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join a well-established, fast-growing company who have offices in the UK, Europe and across the world.
Role responsibilities:
1. Process supplier invoices and employee expenses onto the system for multiple currency databases
2. Dealing with supplier queries and requests for payment
3. Verifying of supplier bank details
4. Processing weekly supplier and expense payment runs
5. Reviewing CIS deductions and completing returns
6. Daily bank reconciliations for sterling and multiple currency accounts
7. Reconciliation of supplier statements
8. Raising inter-company sales invoices
9. Maintaining and reconciling cash flow spreadsheets
10. Performing Month end tasks (including Fixed Asset capitalisation and depreciation, Accruals and Prepayments) in line with tight reporting deadlines.
11. Reconciling various balance sheet reconciliations, including Fixed Assets, VAT, Payroll, Sales and Purchase Ledger Control accounts
Qualifications and Skills Required:
12. AAT or similar accounting qualification will be an advantage or qualified by experience
13. Good communication and organisational skills
14. Ability to analyse and interpret financial data
15. Can work to tight deadlines
