Finishing Manager job, 12 months' work, Leeds-based Construction project
Your new company
A regional construction company with a new build commercial construction project close to Leeds is looking for a Site Supervisor / Finishing Manager or Assistant Site Manager to support with the completion of construction works over the next 9–12 months.
Your new role
Your new role will involve working alongside the Site/Project Manager, completing site inductions, working with trades and subcontractors to ensure a tidy completion of works whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background as a Finishing Manager or Assistant Manager on a construction site, and have relevant qualifications including SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid and CSCS card.
What you'll get in return
You will get exposure to work on a large construction project working for a reputable builder, a site managed by a vastly experienced project manager that will be able to assist and guide, a competitive day/hourly rate will be paid weekly and based on experience.
