Annual Review Administrator – Wealth Management Location: Bromsgrove Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum Bonus Reference: (phone number removed) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established wealth management firm is seeking a highly organised Annual Review Administrator to oversee and manage the client Annual Review process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured, professional environment and enjoys working closely with financial advisers and clients. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full Annual Review process, booking client meetings via phone, email, or post. Preparing Annual Review packs, including valuations, fund factsheets, and compliance documents. Updating and maintaining accurate client data for MI reporting. Handling day-to-day client and provider enquiries. Coordinating documentation and supporting advisers in client meetings. Processing fund switches and withdrawals as instructed. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures. Key Requirements: Minimum 12 months’ administration experience (preferably within financial services). Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with back-office systems. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus.
