Warehouse Operative- Dartford - Apply Now to join Stannah We have an exciting career opportunity for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our Dartford Installation Depot. As the Warehouse Operative you will be working in the warehouse loading and unloading the delivery lorry and preparing orders for loading by the Stairlift Installation Engineers. The role will also include taking the scrap metal to the local recycling centre and at times, delivery of parts to site. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, having the ability to demonstrate a high standard of work. Candidates with experience in warehouse work would be desirable, but this is not essential. Our culture of continuous improvement will ensure that you have every opportunity for training and development. A valid full UK driving licence and counterbalance FLT licence will be essential, and we will also require a DBS check for this role. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative: All deliveries are unloaded safely and stored in the correct area of the warehouse. Orders are made available for Engineers to load. That both warehouse and yard are kept in a clean, neat, tidy and safe condition. The Forklift Truck is checked daily. Taking the scrap metal to the local recycling centre. Take lift parts to site.
