End Point Assessment Coordinator Apprentice
This role brings an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team within the ELS Awarding Organisation (AO) delivering End Point Assessment (EPA).
As an EPA Coordinator Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for apprentices, employers, assessors, internal quality assurers, and training providers, guiding apprentices through their end point assessments. You will be responsible for scheduling apprentices’ assessments, working with several Apprenticeship Standards, and providing stakeholders with the EPA information and materials to enable the EPA process to run smoothly and to ensure apprentices are ready for their assessments. You will be responsible for your own allocated contracts and stakeholders, maintaining regular communication with them through email, Microsoft Teams, telephone, and occasional site visits.
You will be working with and maintaining the AOs reporting and data management systems and assessment software, providing regular updates to the EPA coordinator manager and to your stakeholders.
This role provides great prospects for learning and developing a variety of skills and knowledge in administration, customer service, leadership, account management, data management, report writing, presenting, business development, sales, marketing, problem-solving, and project management.
