Reporting to the Director, duties and responsibilities will include the following:
* Setting out work in accordance with drawings and specifications
* Use of survey equipment include GPS setting out
* Review best engineering options
* Checking and the setting out of other contractors work
* Quality assurance/RFI's
* As-Built Survey's
* Material management plans/surveys
* Assisting with material take offs
* Ensuring health and safety compliance
* Preparing reports
* To ascertain volumetric concrete requisitions/reconciliations
* Site management and supervision duties
You must be able to work within a team environment, have good communication skills and have an awareness of health and safety. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
The successful candidate would preferably have or working towards a HNC or Degree in construction, engineering or surveying discipline. An SMSTS/SSSTS is desirable 3 day First Aid at work is desirable
