Our Member Development Officer role requires a fresh approach to creating and developing timely, relevant engaging and effective learning solutions for our elected members. The role also includes research activities and keeping members up to date with the latest information and learning opportunities.
We are looking for an organised, motivated and creative individual who is confident communicating at all levels. You should have the ability to work on your own initiative and equally as part of a wider team, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Good IT skills and a willingness to learn and develop is essential. Trainer qualification would be a preference but not a requirement.
