Type of Position: Financial Planning Administrator - Hickstead
Pay: £25k - £30k
We are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's team based near Hickstead. We are seeking an individual with previous experience in either a wealth management firm or within mortgages. Your main duties will include working alongside financial advisers and mortgage advisers to provide administrative support, while also growing and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
* Produce client portfolio valuations from various investment providers.
* Prepare all quotations, application forms, and fund fact sheets for the advisors prior to client meetings.
* Process all new business applications by submitting to providers (either online or via post), updating the client database, and maintaining daybook records.
* Generate Letters of Authority for new clients to service policies.
* Produce any Letters/Forms required for switches, encashments, etc.
* Ensure compliance requirements are met on all new business cases.
* Weekly follow-up on all new business cases.
* Weekly follow-up on all existing business inquiries.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Exposure to the financial services sector, ideally in Investments, but all areas of finance will be considered as skills are often transferable.
* IT literate.
* Numerate and literate with knowledge of various administrative processes, ideally in Investments or finance.
* Proven attention to detail.
* Experience in managing and prioritizing own workload.
* Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task.
This position will be part-time, ideally 3 days each week based in the office.
