Combilift are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Trainer to deliver high quality product training to the Combilift UK Dealer network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forklift operation, maintenance, and safety, and will have a passion for training and developing others.

Technical Trainer Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver effective technical training programmes to the Combilift UK dealer network.
* Conduct both classroom-based and practical hands-on training sessions.
* Arrange training with the dealer network from initial enquiry to training completion.
* Identify individual training needs and support engineers in their professional learning and development, on the Combilift products.
* Maintain training records and produce high-quality lesson plans and materials. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the training function. Work as a member of the Technical Training Team, as well as delivering training independently.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Strong technical knowledge of forklifts, including operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Demonstrable experience in a people-facing training role.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Positive and self-motivated, with the ability to champion Combilift.
* Administrative, record keeping and report writing skills.
* Effective, confident, and clear written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and within agreed time-scales.
* Good and proficient knowledge and experience of computer systems - Word, Microsoft Office & PowerPoint.
* Knowledge and experience of the Combilift products, but advanced training will be provided.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence.
* Occasional overnight stays may be required.
