Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Prestige Purchasing. As a key member of our operations team, this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with our clients, working closely with General Managers, Chefs, and other key stakeholders to develop the account and identify opportunities to add further value.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients
* Monitor and analyze client performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management or customer-facing roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
