Main duties of the job As a valued member of the nursing team, you will demonstrate a level of skill and understanding which enables them to undertake specific tasks delegated by the nurse in charge and in accordance with relevant procedures, guidelines and policies. This critical position will work co-operatively as part of the multi-disciplinary team supporting colleagues in work associated with patient care. You will be encouraged to challenge and escalate poor practice/performance. You will communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with the multidisciplinary team, patients and their family, visitors and carers. Candidates will be required to provide evidence by way of certificate of Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above, or equivalent. For any overseas qualifications you will be required to have the UK-ENIC valid certificate.
