Key Responsibilities: The role of Concierge with The Salvation Army is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. As a motivated and friendly Concierge staff member you will be responsible for delivering a high quality front of house service, which promotes client choice, and security. You will address initial enquires from clients and manage visitors into the centre. You will also complete day to day activities including administration tasks, reception duties, cash handling, clearing in flats to support the successful operation of the Lifehouse. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Motivation towards supporting vulnerable clients to achieve focussed and positive life outcomes Excellent customer service and time management skills with ability to prioritise workload Improve standards by demonstrating own initiative towards problem solving which help benefit colleagues and clients Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in range of IT Packages including Microsoft Knowledge and experience in cash handling and data input Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a culture of continuous improvement within the service and evidence of commitment to continuous professional development Understand a personal value base which is in line with core values of the organisation and able to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army Demonstrate values of integrity and accountability within working practice This role has an occupational requirement that the successful candidate must be a Female and will be in sympathy with the doctrines of, and supportive of, the purposes and the aims and objectives of The Salvation Army.
