Xpert Resourcing are working with a friendly, well-established business in Ely who are looking to add to their established team.
A real focus of this role is to offer exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
Duties will include:
1. Responsible for administering all relevant documents and forms, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
2. Manage schedules and coordinate the delivery of products and services.
3. Assist the invoicing team to make sure all billing is accurate.
4. Professionally deal with all contract queries and questions.
5. Answer and resolve any disputes with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service.
6. Assist with general office and administration duties, including filing, scanning, and managing of relevant documents.
Experience / skills required:
1. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
2. Outstanding communication skills.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
